Chapter one
A new chapter for padelOpening soon in North London

Padel arrived in Europe in 1974 and found its home in Spain. Today, it is the fastest growing sport globally. Padel Playa brings that spirit home: courts crafted at the heart of the game, ninety minutes to enjoy every match, and a place to connect, belong and stay awhile.

The club, not just the court
Come for the game.
Stay for the community.
A close match is a fine thing. So is knowing the people on the other side of the net.
We’re building a club where both matter. Founded by padel enthusiast Andrew Criticos, Padel Playa is an independent, family-run club built around a love of the game, good company and a genuine sense of community.

Easy to pick up.
Hard to put down.

01 / THE GAME
Four players. One good idea.
Padel is played in doubles on a court enclosed by glass and mesh. Think tennis, with a little help from the walls.
02 / THE GAME
Less learning. More playing.
An underarm serve, a compact racket and rallies that last. It is an easy game to get into, with plenty to keep you coming back.
03 / THE GAME
Ninety minutes, well spent.
Time to find your rhythm, get a proper game in and enjoy the last point as much as the first. No rushing you off at sixty.

Premium courts: three metres of glass at the back, mesh above, and a surface that gives you the same bounce every time.

Industry leading coaches
Coaching from people who play the game properly and can teach it, whether it is your first week or your fifth year.

1 to 1 private coaching sessions
One to one, on your own court, at your own pace. Grip, serve, the wall, the volley, in that order.

Group coaching sessions
Multiple players, one coach, ninety minutes. Grouped by level rather than by whoever turned up, so every court is competitive.

Tournaments
A comprehensive range of competitive and social tournaments designed for a multitude of skill levels, from beginners playing their first competitive matches to advanced players seeking high-intensity play.

Socials
Fun-based social gatherings and mix-in sessions focused on community, networking, and relaxed matchplay, offering a welcoming atmosphere for players to connect on and off the court.
